Once you complete checkout your order is confirmed and the seller is immediately notified. The seller must prepare and dispatch the item within their stated handling time, usually 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Shipping costs vary by seller and item weight and are displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for eligible products. Additional charges apply. Select 'Express' at checkout where the option is displayed.
Many sellers offer free shipping on their listings. Look for the 'Free Shipping' badge on product and auction listings. Free shipping orders follow the same timeline as standard shipping.
For auction wins, shipping costs and which party pays (buyer or seller) are clearly stated on the auction listing page. Review shipping terms before bidding. Shipping is arranged after successful payment.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email and in-app notification. Use the Track Order page to monitor your shipment in real time.
LetItRip currently ships within India only. International shipping is not supported at this time. Stay tuned for announcements.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact LetItRip Support immediately with your order ID and photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
