Every order on LetItRip moves through a clear, transparent lifecycle. Here's what each status means and what you can do at each stage.
Your order has been created but payment has not yet been captured. It resolves automatically once payment is confirmed.
Payment was successful. The seller has been notified and will begin processing your order.
The seller is preparing your items for dispatch — picking, packing, and getting the package ready for the courier.
Your order is on its way! A tracking number has been assigned. Visit Track Order for live shipment updates.
Your package is with the courier and will be delivered today.
The courier has delivered your order. Please inspect your items and contact support if anything is wrong.
The order was cancelled. If payment was made, a refund will be initiated.

Return window closes, order fully complete
Shipment Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link appears on the Order Detail page under Track Shipment. Updates are provided by the courier in real-time.
Delivery Address
The delivery address is locked once an order reaches Confirmed status. Cancel and re-place the order if you need to change it earlier.
Downloading Your Invoice
A PDF invoice is available for every completed or delivered order. Open the Order Detail page and click Download Invoice.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel while the order is in Pending Payment or Confirmed status. Once processing starts, contact support.
