What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash to our delivery partner when your order arrives — we never ask for, collect or store card, UPI or bank account details on this site.

Are these Beyblades genuine?

Yes. Every product on this site is a genuine, published Takara Tomy/Beyblade product line, sourced and sold directly by Let It Rip India — see About Us for our business details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of being placed, depending on your location, to serviceable PIN codes across India. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — any time before it's out for delivery, at no charge, since no payment is taken until delivery. Email reply@letitrip.in with your order number. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or UPI only — we never issue cash refunds. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full process.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes — a GST invoice is generated the moment your order is placed, with your order number, GSTIN and itemised pricing. It's available to view, print or save as a PDF right after checkout.

Do you ship outside India?

No, not currently — we deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India only.

How do I contact support?
