Cancelling an order

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is collected until your order is delivered. You may cancel an order any time before it is out for delivery by emailing reply@letitrip.in or messaging +91 89196 65811 on WhatsApp with your order number. No charge applies to a cancelled COD order, as no payment was taken.

Refusing delivery

You may refuse delivery at your doorstep if the package appears damaged or incorrect. A refused COD order is not charged.

Returns after delivery

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, at our discretion, once the returned item is received and verified.

Refund method

Since payment is collected in cash, approved refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide, within 7–10 business days of the return being approved.

Non-returnable items

Items that are used beyond inspection, missing original packaging, or reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for return.
